Strionic Resonator (Borderless) is a classic Commander utility artifact that effectively reads: “Pay 2 and tap this to double one of your triggered abilities.” For {2} mana, you get an artifact with an activated ability that copies a triggered ability you control (the kinds that say when, whenever, or at) and lets you choose new targets for the copy if it has targets. In real games, that translates into extra value from the stuff Commander decks already do: doubling enter-the-battlefield triggers, upkeep triggers, attack triggers, death triggers, and even powerful “once per turn” style triggers—so long as it’s a triggered ability you control and it’s actually on the stack.
