We aim to keep shipping simple, predictable, and transparent. This page explains how long orders take to process, what shipping options cost, and how international requests work.
Processing time (before shipment)
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding postal holidays).
Shipping options & pricing
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Our standard options are:
Economy: $2.50
Standard: $4.75
Express: $15.00
Free shipping: Orders $75+ qualify for free shipping when available/eligible at checkout.
Tracking & order updates
If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided once your order ships.
Tracking may not show movement immediately—the first carrier scan can take 24–48 hours after label creation.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to the address provided and is returned due to an address issue, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
International shipping (by request)
International shipping is available on demand (by request). Costs vary by destination and carrier availability.
If you want international shipping, contact us before ordering (or immediately after) so we can confirm availability and pricing.
Some destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations, sanctions/export controls, or payment processor rules.
If we cannot deliver to a destination (or a shipment is returned to us), we will cancel and refund the order.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us with:
your order number
the tracking number (if available)
photos of damage and packaging (for damage claims)
