Quality Guarantee & Reprints

At ProxyKing, we want you to be confident in what you receive. If there’s a production or fulfillment mistake, we’ll make it right with a free reprint, replacement, or refund (depending on the issue).

What this guarantee covers

We will fix issues caused by printing, finishing, or fulfillment, including:

  • Misprints (blurred/low-quality print, major color issues, severe banding)
  • Off-center / misaligned cuts (beyond normal tolerance)
  • Incorrect cards (wrong card(s) sent)
  • Missing cards (shorted quantity)
  • Damaged in transit (creases, major corner crush, water damage, or significant surface damage)

What’s not covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Event legality or whether an organizer allows proxies
  • Buyer’s remorse / “changed my mind”
  • Minor cosmetic variation that doesn’t materially affect use (small color shifts, minor edge/corner wear from shipping, normal print variance)
  • Issues caused by incorrect customer-provided info (wrong address, incorrect order details)
  • Damage after delivery (handling, storage, humidity, liquids, pets/kids, etc.)
  • Attempts to use proxies for fraud/misrepresentation (see Proxy Use Policy)

How to request a reprint or resolution

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of the delivery estimate if tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it).

Include:

  1. Order number
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. Clear photos:
    • A group photo showing the full order (if relevant)
    • Close-ups of the affected card(s)
    • For shipping damage: photo of the packaging as well

If the issue is “missing cards,” include a photo of what you received.


What we’ll do to make it right

After review, we’ll choose the best resolution:

  • Free reprint/replacement (most common)
  • Partial refund (when only part of the order is affected)
  • Full refund/cancel + refund (rare; typically for major issues we can’t resolve)

If we need more info, we’ll ask—otherwise we’ll confirm the resolution and next steps.


Timing & shipping for replacements

  • We typically process reprints as quickly as possible.
  • Replacement shipments include tracking when available.
  • For international destinations, transit times and carrier limitations may vary.

A note on “minor wear” vs “damage”

Because cards ship through standard carriers, very small edge/corner wear can happen. We consider it covered damage when there are creases, severe corner crush, water damage, or significant surface defects that materially affect the cards.


Fair use / abuse prevention

We reserve the right to decline claims that show patterns of abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation. We may request additional photos or documentation in rare cases.
