Smothering Tithe – MTG Ravnica Allegiance

Smothering Tithe is a rare enchantment card from Magic: The Gathering's Ravnica Allegiance set. For a casting cost of {3}{W}, it has the following ability: "Whenever an opponent draws a card, that player may pay {2}. If the player doesn't, you create a Treasure token." These Treasure tokens are artifacts with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color."
