Mishra's Bauble is a zero-mana artifact that provides information now and a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep. Tapping and sacrificing it lets you look at the top card of a targeted player's library, then schedules the draw. The delayed replacement makes it useful in decks that care about cheap artifacts, spell counts, or putting different card types into the graveyard.
Artifact engines such as Sai, Master Thopterist can reward casting the Bauble, while Emry, Lurker of the Loch can help cast it again from the graveyard. A fetch land creates a useful selection interaction when you look at your own top card: if the card is unwanted, you can shuffle it away before the delayed draw occurs.
Looking at an opponent's top card can also inform your next decision, particularly before deciding whether to spend interaction or commit to an attack. That information can become outdated if the library is shuffled or another effect changes its top card, so treat it as a snapshot rather than a guaranteed prediction of the opponent's next draw.
The card does not draw immediately when sacrificed. If you need an answer during the current turn, the delayed trigger may arrive too late. Bauble is strongest when its artifact presence, zero casting cost, graveyard contribution, and information all matter to the deck, rather than when you simply need a conventional cantrip that replaces itself on the spot.
