Return and Refund Policy

ProxyKing products are custom-made. Because of that, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

That said: if we make a mistake or your order arrives with a covered issue, we will make it right (reprint/replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation).

What we can help with (covered issues)

We will resolve issues caused by production, fulfillment, or shipping, including:

  • Misprints / major print defects
  • Incorrect cards received
  • Missing cards
  • Significant damage in transit

If your order has a covered issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • A brief description
  • Clear photos of the issue (and packaging for damage)

What is not refundable

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse / changed mind
  • Orders placed with an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Minor cosmetic variation consistent with print production
  • Damage after delivery due to handling/storage

International shipping (on demand) + returned shipments

International shipping is available on demand (by request). Some destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations, sanctions/export controls, or payment processor rules.

If we cannot deliver to a destination (or a shipment is returned to us), we will cancel and refund the order.


Chargebacks & disputes

If something went wrong, please contact us first—most issues can be resolved faster via our support process than through a bank dispute.
