Return and Refund Policy

Because our cards are custom, and meant for casual play, we do not accept returns, or refunds. Note that there will be some variation in color, texture, foiling, and stamping vs original cards. Although we constantly strive to improve our products, they are custom-made so variation is introduced from print to print.

For erroneous order deliveries, contact us at proxymtg@protonmail.com with images and we will ship the correct items and provide a return label as necessary.

For products damaged in shipping, contact us with images of the damage and we will replace the damaged items.
