An artifact deck can turn Uthros, Titanic Godcore from a tapped blue land into a substantial mana source. Reaching twelve charge counters unlocks an ability that costs one blue mana and a tap, then produces blue mana for every artifact you control. A collection of mana rocks, Thopters, Clues, and Treasures can make that output much larger than a normal land's.
Station provides the setup: at sorcery speed, tap another creature you control to add charge counters equal to its power. A large Construct token can contribute heavily, while several smaller creatures can work toward the threshold across turns. Newly entered creatures can help because station does not use a tap-symbol ability belonging to those creatures. Tapping them still gives up attacks, blocks, or other tap uses until they untap.
Urza, Lord High Artificer supplies both a large artifact-counting Construct and a reason to maintain a dense artifact board. Proliferate can add to existing charge counters, though it cannot establish the first one on its own. Once charged, Uthros retains the counters even if your creatures disappear, but its unlocked output still depends on the current artifact count. Subtract the one-blue activation payment when estimating the net mana gained. This is a land for decks that can naturally supply power to station and artifacts to reward the completed setup.
