Dryad Arbor occupies an unusual space as both a land and a creature. Playing it uses a land play rather than casting a spell, and its Forest type lets it produce green mana and be found by effects that search for Forests. Because it is also a creature, it is affected by summoning sickness and normally cannot tap for mana on the turn it enters.
Green Sun's Zenith can find Dryad Arbor with X equal to zero, turning the Zenith into an early way to put an additional land creature onto the battlefield. Fetch lands that can search for a Forest, such as Wooded Foothills or Windswept Heath, can find it as well. That creates access to a creature through a land-search effect when a blocker or sacrifice body is needed.
Creature and land synergies both apply. It can carry Equipment, be sacrificed to creature-based costs, or be returned by effects that recover lands. At the same time, a creature board wipe can destroy it and reduce your available mana. Keep that exposure in mind before treating it as interchangeable with an ordinary basic Forest.
The timing of a fetch matters. Finding Arbor during an opponent's end step can let you untap with access to its mana, while finding it during your own main phase generally does not. Include it when the ability to search for a creature through land or green-creature tutors provides enough utility to justify the extra vulnerability and delayed mana access.
