Oracle of Mul Daya lets a green deck play an additional land on each of its turns and play lands from the top of its library. The top card remains revealed, so you can see when a land is available without spending a draw on it first. Lands decks can use that access to develop mana while preserving useful cards in hand.
Fetch lands help when the revealed top card is not what you need. After using an available top-deck land play, you can activate a fetch to shuffle and potentially expose another playable land. Sensei’s Divining Top provides a more controlled approach by rearranging the next three cards, helping put a land where Oracle can access it.
Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait and Tatyova, Benthic Druid reward the resulting land entries with cards. Life from the Loam supplies lands to hand when the top of the library is unhelpful. These interactions let Oracle support a continuing land engine rather than merely providing one extra land drop from the opening hand.
Playing from the top still uses your permitted land plays and follows normal land-play timing. Oracle does not let you cast nonland cards from there, and the revealed card gives opponents information as well. Its small body can also be removed before the additional allowance is fully used. Choose it when the deck has enough lands and top-deck manipulation to make both abilities productive, while keeping other sources of card flow for turns when a nonland card remains on top.
