Lotus Cobra can trigger from Vista entering and again from the searched-for basic arriving. Brainstorm provides another use: after putting unwanted cards back on top, a Vista search shuffles them away. Shock lands and Triomes are not legal targets despite having basic land types. Keep enough actual basics to support both the initial search and any later reuse.
Land recursion can extend the usefulness of a land-based resource package. Crucible of Worlds permits land plays from the graveyard, while a deck with green can use Life from the Loam to recover several lands to hand. Neither effect supplies unlimited land plays, so repeated use must still fit the turn’s available land allowance and the mana needed for the rest of the sequence.
